Braxton County man found guilty in two day trial

Braxton County, WV (WOAY) – A Braxton County man was found guilty after a two-day jury trial.

62-year-old Charles E. Workman of Braxton County was found guilty of the felony offenses of unlawful assault and wanton endangerment with a firearm. The jury returned the verdict after 3 hours of deliberation according to a media release from the Braxton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
