Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – A Bluefield man has pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute meth.
Court documents state that on June 13, 2023, law enforcement executed a search warrant at 22-year-old Landon Joseph Cartwright’s house. They seized 443 grams of meth.
Part of his plea, Cartwright admitted he had the meth and planned to distribute it.
Cartwright is scheduled to be sentenced on April 13, 2026. He faces at most 40 years in prison, 4 years supervised release, and a fine of up to 5 million dollars.
