Beckley, WV (WOAY) Care on the Move is rolling into the 28th annual West Virginia Women’s Expo all the way from Texas.
The Black Heart Association Mobile Screening Unit will be set up inside the arena, offering both information and free health screenings to attendees.
The Black Heart Association is a nonprofit focused on improving heart health and eliminating disparities by bringing screenings and education directly into communities.
Their mobile unit provides no-cost services, including blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, lipoprotein(a), and kidney screenings.
Organizers say it’s a chance for women to take control of their heart health with on-site services all in one place at the West Virginia Women’s Expo.
The Women’s Expo returns to Beckley March 20-21 at the Raleigh County Convention Center.
