Martinsburg, WV (WOAY) The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing woman who was visiting West Virginia.
42-year-old Bettina Johnson of Meridian, Mississippi, was last seen Wednesday, August 26, between noon and 1:00 p.m.
Investigators say she was last seen in the area of Edwin W. Miller Boulevard in Martinsburg.
Johnson is described as 5’8, weighing about 170 pounds, with black hair, last seen wearing black clothing.
The sheriff’s office is asking people in Martinsburg and throughout the eastern panhandle to remain alert.
Anyone who may have seen Johnson or has information that could help locate her is asked to call the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office at 304-267-7000.
