Beckley’s Annual Chili Night returns on October 4 full with events to keep the city entertained all night

Beckley, WV (WOAY)- Get ready for a sizzling night of fun, flavor, and fantastic entertainment at the 34th Annual Chili Night, happening Saturday, October 4, from 4:00 to 7:30 PM in downtown Beckley.

At the Word Park gazebo, enjoy a lively mix of music beginning at 4:00 PM with young talents Gracie Bower and Lacy Farmer, alongside Indie favorite Jim Snyder.

From 6:00 to 7:30, get ready to groove with StreetHeat, bringing you classics from Motown to 80s pop and rock.

Over on the Main Street stage, the funk is strong with Heavy Hitters, bringing high-energy vibes from 4:30 to 7.

Refit Beckley will host a dance demo during the band’s break at 5:30 to keep the crowd moving.

At the Rising Cardinals sculpture corner, catch the folk-rock duo Verdeant, from 4:15 to 5:15. That’s Chloe and Bryce, blending modern folk, country, and original music. Then from 6 to 7, Bragg n Mann and friends take the stage with timeless favorites. 

Shoemaker Square’s pergola features award-winning Christian Country artists Alan Kinsler and Peyton Alexis from 4:45 to 5:45.

Later, enjoy the sounds of the David Cook Trio, known for their heartfelt 80s ballads, from 6:30 to 7. 

Kids can head to Word Park for a bounce house, slide combo, and obstacle course brought by Hyped-Up.

Try your swing at the Par-Tee golf course, sponsored by Seed Sowers at Shoemaker Square. 

If you’re feeling brave, show off your vocals with karaoke at the Southern Communications booths on Main Street.

Also, don’t miss the 1920s Arts Experience at the Raleigh Playhouse and Theatre, starting at 6:30, providing music, dance, and vintage film.

Admission is $5, with free admission for students, and proceeds benefit the Humane Society.
