Beckley, WV (WOAY) A Beckley man will spend more than two years in prison after admitting to multiple drug sales in Raleigh County.
Federal prosecutors say 51-year-old Roger Lee Cousins was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in prison for distributing cocaine.
Court documents show Cousins sold cocaine and fentanyl to a confidential informant during several transactions in late 2024, including one deal involving more than 14 grams of cocaine and 27 grams of fentanyl.
As part of his guilty plea, Cousins admitted to receiving a total of $3,140 for both controlled substances.
The ATF and the Beckley-Raleigh County Drug and Violent Crime Unit conducted the investigation.
