Beckley, WV (WOAY) If you or someone you love is managing diabetes, mark your calendars for an excellent opportunity to connect and learn coming up.
The Beckley ARH Diabetic Support Group will meet on Thursday, February 26, at 10:00 a.m. at the Raleigh County Commission on Aging.
The gathering is open to anyone living with diabetes or caring for someone who is.
This month’s topic is nutrition demonstration.
Each session covers helpful topics related to diabetes management, and attendees enjoy a healthy meal, along with the recipe to recreate it at home.
Participants can attend in person or via Zoom.
The group meets on the last Thursday of each month to cover topics aimed at helping diabetes patients live healthy lives.
