Hello all and happy Sunday! I hope you’ve been enjoying this beautiful weekend, because it sure has been a good one. Today, we’ve been tracking some showers and storms scattered across the area. They aren’t expected to be very strong, nor should they last much longer. Only a sprinkle or two is expected past dinnertime tonight.
Conditions will dry out for Monday with a spectacular day ahead. Labor Day will have highs in the low to mid 70s with light winds and mostly sunny skies. This makes it a great day to step outside, get some physical activity, and spend quality time with family and friends. You’ll want to get it out of your system before our next big rainy day hits the area.
By the middle to end of this week, I do expect everyone to get a good batch of rain at their home. Thursday is the main day to watch for incoming storm activity. Stay up to date with our forecasts here at WOAY.
