RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (WOAY)- Appalachian Power has reported almost 700 outages throughout Beckley.
According to the website, there are currently 694 power outages. The outages were reported at 11:18 this morning. Appalachian Power plans to have power restored by 5:30 today.
