Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office has made another arrest in its investigation into stolen copper wire from utility poles.
Betty Rocha is the latest arrest. She has been charged with fraudulent schemes.
Deputies say she sold more than a thousand pounds of copper to Wood’s Recycling for a total of $29,000.
