Ronceverte, WV (WOAY) Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity is now accepting applications for families interested in purchasing one of three new affordable homes under construction in Ronceverte.
The nonprofit says the homes are part of its effort to expand safe and affordable housing options in Greenbrier County.
The available homes include one three-bedroom, two-bath house and two homes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Selected families will purchase their home through a zero-profit mortgage and will also complete sweat equity hours as part of Habitat’s homeownership program.
Applicants must show a need for affordable housing, be able to make monthly payments, and complete homeownership education.
