NICHOLAS COUNTY (WOAY) – All schools in Nicholas County will be closed on Thursday, September 12th due to the recent threats schools are seeing.
The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office responded to these threats and stated that their investigations state the threats are a part of the trend schools in other counties and states are seeing, and are not credible.
However, they will still increase security at Raleigh County Schools over the next few days.
