Greenbrier County, WV (WOAY) – The town of Alderson has officially announced the date for this year’s strawberry festival. It is Saturday, May 24.
The festival offers food, live music, and, of course, strawberries.
Second Block Rock will perform at the gazebo in Alumni Park from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and the Goodson boys will play from noon to 2 p.m.
Downtown Alderson shops will be open as well.
New this year, the festival will add a car and motorcycle cruise-in.
The festival lasts from ten to four in both Alderson and at Sunset Berry Farm.
