Alcohol Beverage Control Administration reminds West Virginians they cannot purchase liquor at retail outlets on Easter Day

West Virginia (WOAY)- The West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration reminds adults 21 and older that they cannot purchase liquor at retail outlets on Sunday, April 20.

The agency states the easter day restriction does not apply to off-premise beer and wine sales.

The state code regulating liquor sales does not apply to on-premises licenses at private clubs, bars, and restaurants.
