OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – Every year, the Ace Adventure Resort holds a blob competition right on a Saturday right around the Fourth of July. Since the Fourth falls on a Saturday this year, the contest will be next Saturday at the resort. Teams from all over are welcome to enter.
“So, we have a blob which is an inflatable pillow,” said Social Media Coordinator Chelsea Bricker. “One person jumps down on it and crawls down to the end, and then somebody else jumps down and launches them off of the blob into the air. So the idea behind the blob competition, we have three judges and the three judges determine who scores the most points.”
There are cash prizes available for the top three teams in the competition.
