BLUEFIELD, WV (WOAY)- On Wednesday, Florida detectives contacted corporal K.A. Filer, of the state police, about Brian Estep.
Detectives had obtained warrants on him for the 1st Degree Murder of Amber Estep on January 16th, 2024, in Brevard County, Florida. Detectives provided Cpl. Filer with information that led Filer to obtain a search warrant for a residence on Grandview Street in Bluefield.
Then, on Thursday, 33-year-old Estep was arrested and charged as a Fugitive from Justice for the 1st Degree Murder charge. A search was conducted with the assistance of BCI Bluefield. This resulted in 8 items of evidentiary value seized from the residence and turned over to Brevard County detectives.
