Lewisburg, WV (WOAY) Village Caregiving in Greenbrier County invites local seniors to its 2nd Annual Seniors Day Out community event on Tuesday, September 29
The mission-driven home care agency will host the event from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine’s Roland P. Sharp Alumni Conference Center.
Visitors can expect free health and vision screenings, information from local organizations, door prizes, refreshments, and bingo games throughout the entire event.
Organizers say that last year’s event drew over 250 attendees.
Village Caregiving (VCG) is a home care agency that provides health and wellness information, resources, and services for local seniors and their families.
Services include non-medical care and assistance with daily needs, such as help with personal hygiene, light housework, meal prep, and companionship.
