Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – Sites in Fayette County are accepting donations this week to help residents recover from flooding that hit the area Sunday.
The Fayette County 911 center in Fayetteville is collecting donations any day this week from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Drop-offs can be brought to 1047 Nick Rahall Greenway.
Local fire departments will pick up what is collected at the 911 center and assist in getting supplies where they are needed.
Three additional sites are taking flood supplies and water during the same hours. They are Robson Freewill Baptist Church, the Armstrong Creek Volunteer Fire Department, and the Loop Creek Fire Department.
