Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – Vandalia Health CAMC Plateau Medical Center is celebrating National Donate Life Month by bringing attention to the importance of organ donors.
The hospital will raise a Donate Life flag outside Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill.
CAMC General Hospital has Southern West Virginia’s only kidney transplant center and has performed more than 1,900 transplants.
The hospital says the generosity of donors and their families allows others to live longer.
