Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – The winter season is always hard on roads.
As we turn the corner into spring, we enter into paving season to repair all the damage the freeze/thaw cycle did to asphalt on area roadways.
When the temperatures stay in the 50’s and above, that paves the way for paving.
Of course, during the winter, some potholes are just too massive to ignore, and that is what pavers call a cold patch to get us through until warmer weather.
