Greenbrier County, WV (WOAY) – The Greenbrier County Planning Commission held public hearings for its repeal and replace zoning ordinance on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The planning commission and county commission feel the current zoning ordinance is outdated, therefore a replacement is being presented.
At the public hearing, it was a resounding “No” to the proposed ordinance, with the consensus being it is overregulation and will hurt the county.
