Cabell County, WV (WOAY) – A Huntington man has been sentenced to prison for drug-related crimes.
49-year-old Jackie Dwayne Lucas, ‘Dwayne’ of Huntington, was sentenced to two years in prison, followed by 4 years of supervised release for distributing over 50 grams of a mixture containing methamphetamine.
Lucas admitted to playing a role in a drug trafficking organization (DTO) that distributed meth and fentanyl in Huntington. Court records confirm that on August 4, 2025, Lucas distributed 112.5 grams of meth to a confidential informant for $650.
Lucas admitted that he did this transaction at his home, and it was arranged by a co-defendant. He also admitted to selling over 100 grams of meth for $650 on July 29, 2025.
