West Virginia American Water to spend $450,000 in an infrastructure project in Princeton

Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – West Virginia American Water will spend $450,000 in an infrastructure improvement project in Princeton.

Crews will replace over 1,000 feet of aging mainline with a new six-inch pipe along North Third Street and Jefferson Street.

West Virginia American Water plans to spend more than 129 million dollars.

The project is expected to be done this spring. Crews will work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Customers may experience temporary service interruptions.
