Richlands, VA (WOAY) Richlands Emergency Management and Police Department wants to ensure no one is left out in the cold as forecasters anticipate frigid temperatures returning to the area this evening.
The Richlands Police Department lobby will serve as a warming and charging center beginning on Wednesday, January 14, at 5:00 pm.
Since meteorologists anticipate single-digit wind chill temperatures continuing through the week, the center will remain open to the community through Wednesday, January 21, at 5:00 pm.
