Charleston, WV (WOAY) – Thursday, two brothers from Logan County, Bruno, pleaded guilty to federal drug crimes.
41-year-old Timothy Ray Graley pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 400 grams of a mix containing fentanyl. Timothy’s brother, Jessie Joe Gravley the second, 42 years old, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and quantities of fentanyl and heroin.
Court records state that on October 17, 2024, police served search warrants at both of their homes. At Timothy’s house, they found over 500 grams of fentanyl, a Ruger Model LCP .380-caliber pistol, a Umarex/FN Model 502 .22-caliber pistol, and over 20 thousand dollars. At Jessie’s, they recovered over 200 grams of meth, over 40 grams of heroin, over 50 grams of cocaine, and 19 thousand dollars.
Timothy confirmed he intended to sell the fentanyl at his house, and that he sold 6.64 grams for $700. Jessie stated he planned to sell the meth at his house, confirming that he sold 1.81 grams of fentanyl, 24.99 grams of meth, and 1.05 grams of cocaine for $680. Later, he sold 2 grams of fentanyl and 29.03 grams of meth for $620.
Both men will be sentenced on November 6, 2025. They each face at least 10 years in jail, and at most life in prison. They are also facing at least 5 years supervised release and a 10 million dollar fine.
