Beckley is mad for the new Teriyaki Madness

MACARTHUR, WV (WOAY) – Welcome to the Madness, that is a new Teriyaki Madness
opened on Robert C. Byrd Drive, where you can enjoy made-to-order teriyaki bowls with fresh, healthy ingredients.

After previously launching stores in Fairmont, Barboursville, and Princeton, Little General Stores is happy to bring the Japanese-inspired Asian fusion cuisine to MacArthur.

“We’re excited to be in Beckley and look forward to serving everyone delicious teriyaki,” said Asst. Food Service Director Josh Weitzman. “Pick your protein, then you get rice or noodles and stir-fry veggies with them. They’re delicious; gotta eat your veggies.”

According to Weitzman, he is going to be indulging in the madness all the time.

“The spicy chicken teriyaki bowl’s my favorite, I’ll probably eat it three times a week. I’m addicted.”

This is their last West Virginia opening after doing three back-to-back.

“We’ll be here getting this ready. Of the (Mountain State locations) I’ve been watching people pull that (MacArthur) door all month trying to come in,” the assistant food service director said.
