Fayetteville, WV (WOAY) The 7th Annual Songwriters Festival has begun in Fayetteville.
Songwriters from all over will be playing in venues across the city this weekend, providing free family-friendly fun.
There will be two ticketed concert events featuring performers that you don’t want to miss at the Love Hope Center for the Arts tonight and Saturday.
The festival features a packed lineup of talented artists with special headliners Becky Buller and Ned Luberecki.
Festivities include performances throughout the weekend at venues including Lost Appalachia Trading Company, Southside Junction Taphouse, New River Yoga, and Very Rare Vintage.
Proceeds from the event are given to a charity chosen by the festival’s board each year in honor of the festival’s origin story, helping a local organization in need of funding.
