BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – 7 Brew Coffee kicked off their new Beckley location to much fanfare.
The community welcomed them with open arms, evidenced by the non-stop drive-thru line.
“It’s been absolutely amazing. I didn’t think that it would be this crazy,’ said new store opener Turner Garza. “And I was telling our franchise owner this has probably been one of my most favorite opens.”
At 7 Brew, they believe kindness is contagious. You’re always greeted with a smile and get to form genuine connections.
“You don’t typically see kind of on an everyday basis,” Garza said. “And I think that people getting to experience that gives them a tiny little bit of kindness throughout the day and they go out and spread that throughout the community.”
Even when they are busy, the new store opener says their wait times are typically two to three minutes. They pride themselves on being fast and consistent.
“I’m not a huge coffee person but when I do I typically get, like, the Brunette,” said Garza. “Coffee’s great, the people are even better.”
According to the history of 7 Brew, “It was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience. The dream came alive with their first ‘stand’ in Rogers, AR and seven original coffees.” The new store opener can’t wait to see what’s ahead in Beckley.
“I’m looking forward to Swag Day,” Garza said. “I’m excited to see how busy we are (and) hopefully break some records.”
And the festivities didn’t stop there. Seven Brew donated $2,000 to the ‘Just for Kids’ Foundation, saying giving back to the community is important.
