Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – 43-year-old Jason P. Wyatt of Victor, West Virginia, was sentenced to prison for felony harassment in violation of a final domestic violence protection order.
Wyatt was sentenced to 1 to 5 years in prison and fined $3,000.
Wyatt pleaded guilty to this on April 30. He must serve one year in prison before he is eligible for parole.
In January 2024, a final domestic protective order was issued against Wyatt, forbidding any contact with the petitioner, who has been in a relationship with him.
September 4, 2025, police were informed that Wyatt contacted the petitioner and made threats towards them, and had others contact the victim on his behalf and used several fake numbers to continue to harass them.
Police also discovered that Wyatt had previously violated three other domestic protection orders with different victims.
