Beckley, WV (WOAY)-It’s time for the second annual” Keep Writing Your Story” event at Freedom Skate Park!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 26th, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hosted by the Beckley Day Center, this free, family-friendly event is designed to raise awareness about suicide prevention and recovery outreach.
Expect live music from amazing local bands, including Love N Depression, Rise from Nothing, Code Red News, John Brandt, and more.
Plus, don’t miss the skate competition by Very Rare Skate Shop, face painting, balloon art, kids activities, a CERT smokehouse simulation, food off the grill, and even a helicopter landing!
The event is a celebration of hope, healing, and community support.
