GARDNER, WV (WOAY) – PikeView football enters 2020 with an attitude similar to other area teams: thankful for a chance to play this fall.
The Panthers went 1-9 a year ago, but did feel they were making strides toward the end of the year. It was the first season under head coach Jason Spears, but players and coaches had worked together to ensure as smooth of a transition as possible.
Seniors have noted how the team became more of a family throughout last year, and they want that to continue, with the added bonus of more wins.
