Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – PikeView football enjoyed a turnaround season in 2017, finishing 7-3, but missed out on a Class AA playoff berth.
The Panthers say one of the main goals for 2018 is to qualify for the postseason after coming close a year ago. While they admit depth could be an issue, they bring back several key players, including senior Evan Rose, an All-State Second Team running back in 2017.
