Coal City, WV (WOAY) – After making the Class AA playoffs in back-to-back seasons, the Patriots look to extend that to a third straight year, but will be doing so with a new head coach.
Mark Montgomery joins the Patriots after one year as an assistant at Princeton, continuing a coaching career that spans multiple decades.
This year’s senior class is embracing the leadership role they inherited from last year’s class, as there are several key players from 2016 who return for the quest for a third straight playoff appearance.
