Bluefield, WV (WOAY) Bluefield State University announces the 3rd annual Black History Month Student Art Fair, and they welcome more students to participate.
This year, the university has expanded the event to include all Mercer County students.
Fair organizers invite students to showcase their creativity through art projects, essays, and other creative works celebrating Black history, culture, and excellence.
The art fair takes place on February 27 at 10:00 a.m. inside the BSU student center at Bluefield State University.
Participants will be judged, placed, and awarded.
Every student who takes part will receive a complimentary Chick-fil-A gift card.
The submission deadline is February 20.
