1-28 Texas A&M @ #18 WVU

The Mountaineers have been riding a wave of ups and downs over the last several weeks.  Wins over then top-ranked Baylor and number two Kansas, with losses to unranked Oklahoma and Kansas State sandwiched in between.  Against Texas A&M, they looked to return to the top of the surf by picking up their second win in a row.

WVU closed the first half on a 17-2 run behind seven three pointers, and then survived a second half surge from the Aggies which saw their lead cut to two.  Ultimately, West Virginia got the job done with the 81-77 win.  They hit to road to face Iowa State on Tuesday.
