Wyoming County Health Department reports no positive result from COVID-19 community testing

PINEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – The Wyoming County Health Department is reporting COVID-19 testing results from community testing.

“The Wyoming County Health Department and The Wyoming County Office of Emergency Services are pleased to report that of the 267 people tested during the Coalfields COVID-19 Community Testing last week, that there were zero positives. All individuals that tested at Oceana, Pineville, Mullens, and Lizard Creek Park showed negative results. The Wyoming County Health Department and The Wyoming County Office of Emergency Services feel this is encouraging that our citizens are working diligently to keep the virus from spreading within our area. Thank you to all who voluntarily participated in testing.”
