RALEIGH COUNTY & MERCER COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – It’s been an eventful month of June for the three summer college baseball teams in Southern West Virginia. The Princeton Whistlepigs, Bluefield Ridge Runners, and West Virginia Miners have all seen various highs and lows over the last few weeks.
Here’s a look back at how each team fared in June. The Miners return to action Tuesday at Champion City, while the Whistlepigs and Ridge Runners are both home Thursday.
