BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – Whitby Road is completely underwater in Raleigh County and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
The Beckley Raleigh County Emergency Services made the following post on Facebook: “Whitby Rd at the 1200 block, bridge is completely underwater! Please avoid this area and find an alternative route!”
