(RALEIGH COUNTY) WOAY – The Raleigh County Emergency Housing Center provides housing to individuals and families facing homelessness and serves all of southern West Virginia. The Center recently found out that its operating budget had been cut by $365,000.
This came as a surprise and they now face cuts to service and staff.
