FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Fayette County Superintendent Terry George wants to remind people that it is still illegal to pass a stopped school bus, even if school is not in session.
George says that while buses are running and handing out food to students, people are passing stopped school buses. This is dangerous and illegal.
