WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Does it seem to only rain or snow and get colder on weekends to any of you?

The complaints are in. Everyone’s saying every weekend all it does is rain or snow and during the week it’s beautiful. Well, now here are the statistics to back things up.
In the last 13 months, there have been 60 total weekends. Now, of those 60 weekends, 12 were dry with no drop in temperatures of more than 15 degrees.
Those weekends include the following:
In 2023:
Feb 4-5
April 8-9
June 17-18
July 22-23
July 29-30
August 12-13
August 19-20
Sept 2-3
Sept 30-Oct 1
Nov 4-5
Nov 11-12
So far in 2024:
Feb 3-4
That leaves 20% the weekends in the last 13 months rain and snow free with no significant drop in temperatures; a very bad statistic for those with weekends off work.
