MONTGOMERY HEIGHTS, WV (WOAY) The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department needs the public’s help finding a missing Montgomery Heights man.
Robert Freeman Winfrey was last seen on March 24 at noon at his house on Cemetary Road in Montgomery Heights. He was last seen by his significant other.
He is five foot nine inches tall, weighs 235 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown hair.
He also has tattoos that say “Heaven” on one arm and “Kelvin” on the other.
