Fort Spring Pike closure begins today for bridge repairs

Greenbrier County, WV (WOAY)- The West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) announces Fort Spring Pike, County Route 43, will close to through traffic beginning today.

Crews will be repairing the Fort Spring Bridge from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily through Friday, March 1.

School bus schedules will not change, and local traffic will have access to all properties on both sides of the bridge.

Alternate routes will be available around the area.

Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may impact the project schedule.

The Department apologizes in advance for any inconvenience and asks motorists to use caution when traveling around the work zone.
