Concord hosts re-entry simulation event to expose challenges incarcerated people face upon release

Athens, WV (WOAY)- Concord University hosted a re-entry simulator event Wednesday to help foster an understanding of the challenges the incarcerated face upon their release. 

These challenges are well documented, yet the West Virginia re-entry councils created a way to simulate the experience.
