BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – The Beckley Police Department has officially welcomed its newest officer.
Patrolman Christopher Winnell was sworn in today by Mayor Rob Rappold.
He will join the West Virginia state police academy on February 26. After that, he begins field training.
