2020 Football Preview – Meadow Bridge Wildcats

MEADOW BRIDGE, WV (WOAY) – Meadow Bridge football has narrowly missed out on the Class A playoffs each of the last two years. In both cases, the Wildcats had close losses that, had they been wins, would’ve been enough to put them in the playoffs.

That’s given the Wildcats incentive to start a new streak this year, as they seek a first postseason appearance since 2015.

Meadow Bridge benefits from 19 returning starters, many of them having seen the teams in the early 2010s who put together a string of playoff appearances. They recognize the importance of developing positive habits in the preseason that could lead to a successful year.
