Oak Hill, WV (WOAY-TV): Low pressure in the eastern Tennessee Valley will fuel 10 minute showers through 7-9 p.m., then rain will end. There will be at least an hour dry break with sunshine between showers.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: Early fog in the river valleys Saturday will give way to increasing clouds. Expect one or two showers during the midday to early afternoon Saturday. Sunday will be the warmest day with lower 80s and muggy dew points. Showers and storms will push across the region after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.
MONDAY AND TUESDAY: Early rain before daybreak will end with a fresh round of showers igniting during the mid-afternoon and ending Monday evening. Rain will then push back into the region on Tuesday afternoon as a stubborn front pushes across Route 19 and I-64.
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY: High pressure will push into the region with dry, cooler and less humid weather expected.
TROPICS UPDATE: Bret and Cindy continue to push across the Atlantic. Neither storm will impact the Lower 48 over the next 10 days. Cindy will turn north and east before approaching the East Coast next week thanks to a stagnant upper trough.
