MOUNT HOPE, WV (WOAY) – An investigation into a fatal Mount Hope overdose has resulted in a third person being charged.
Robert F. Ruth has been charged with drug delivery resulting in death and conspiracy.
Two other men were arrested and charged last week. Bryan K. Griffith and William K. Foley are also being charged with drug delivery and conspiracy drugs.
Police say that the three men sold drugs to a person in Mount Hope. Those drugs caused a fatal overdose on December 26, 2023.
All three are being held in Southern Regional Jail.
