BAILEYSVILLE, WV (WOAY) – One man was arrested after a domestic incident turns violent.
According to a criminal complaint, Todd Addison got into an argument with his step-father and mother which escalated and became physical. Addison went into the bathroom where his stepfather was and punched him in the head, knocking him down.
Mr. Addison then grabbed his mother by the neck and pushed her against the wall and spit in her face.
When deputies arrived on the scene, Addison tried to pull away and was arrested.
Addison is charged with domestic battery and obstructing an officer.
