ALPOCA, WV (WOAY)- A Wyoming County man has been arrested and is facing malicious wounding charges.
Wyoming County Chief Deputy Jimmy White tells WOAY that Marc Scott, 45, from Alpoca, WV was arrested for malicious wounding charges. Marc Scott hit his wife on the face with a metal ball bat during an incident that occurred last Saturday night.
His wife will have to have surgeries to repair some of the damage.
Scott was arrested and was set on a 25,000 dollar bond.
